If you or someone else is seriously injured or in immediate danger, your first and most important action is to contact the Slovenian national emergency services.

This is the central number for ambulance, fire department, and police assistance. Provide them with your location as accurately as possible. After you have contacted emergency services and the situation is stable, please inform us when it is safe to do so.
2. For Technical Issues or Non-Emergency Help
For any non-emergency problems with the bike (e.g., a flat tire, a chain issue, an error code on the display) or if you have questions during your ride, please call our shop directly.
